Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Yarn Cabin. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges on eligible items.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for mailed exchanges. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can assist you with your exchange.

Knitting Needles & Crochet Hooks

For safety and quality reasons, knitting needles and crochet hooks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective.

If your needles or hooks arrive damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are handled as exchanges in accordance with the policy above.
